Room was lovely. Clean and tidy. Would recommend to family and friends
Apartments were spotless and the rooms were very spacious. The view from the front was amazing, I could have sat all day watching the boats go back and forth. Apartment was in the centre of town so restaurants were within walking distance.
Lovely property enjoyed our break all so helpful and Patrick bless him was a star went out his way to make our stay special boat ride was amazing
Very well equipped accommodation. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Friendly owners.....Patrick took us on a boat cruise on the Loch. Excellent accommodation.
Great location. Fabulous host. Very clean. Owner took us on a boat trip, which was fantastic.
It is lively place to stay with great view to see the sea and boats out of the bathroom and bedroom windows
Perfect location, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom felt so new and fresh. Two good sized bedrooms too. Great for our short break to beautiful Gigha, even managed to sit out in the back garden in the sunshine … what a view! Wood burning stove an absolute bonus for the chillier evenings. Sorry the pub wasn’t open but enjoyed fish & chips from The Nook and a lovely meal at the Boat House. Beautiful Achamore Gardens and Twin Beaches a delight ….and much more besides.
The breakfast was more than adequate and of high quality. The location was unbeatable, the views from our room of the Islands of Kerrera, Mull, Lismore and that of Morvern were absolutely fabulous. The busy harbour traffic was fascinating with fishing boats, cruise craft and Calmac ferries constantly on the go,( which seems to bely the bad press Calmac gets these days).
Our room 310 was lovely, spacious and clean. It was so good to have a bath after a day in a very wet boatyard. Breakfast was good but just a little dry
Quirky boat Hotel which was cosy and comfortable as well as spacious. Was a great experience and stay.
I reserve a full 10 score for exceptional accommodation in exceptional locations; the type of accommodation you return to for an extended stay. If your ideal holiday is leisurely relaxing in a room over looking the sea, watching the small car ferry chugging back and forth, the fishing boats and yachts going in and out of the harbour (a pleasant 10 minutes stroll away), a heron standing hopefully on the rocky shore below your window.... then hard luck because we might have booked it already!
