Fresh breakfast, very clean rooms, space outside to dry swimwear and towels etc., best air con we had in Tuscany and a very interesting beach down the hill with black sparkly sand. Also very nice hosts, Michele is a skipper and took us out on his boat for a private tour of some of the best bays in the area – loads of swimming and storytelling, a holiday highlight and really worth the money!
Beautiful mobile home, bungalow Ponenta, nice furnished. Small friendly camping. On the beach there is possibility to tento a boat, for amazing trip on a sea. Your can also to do trip to the highest peak od Elba, to see picturesque views. 15 min far away is beautiful tourist town Calipoveri, with many restaurants, shops.
This was a great place to stay for exploring Elba, especially when visiting Elba for the first time. Close to just about evcerything: the boat, buses, the historic center, restaurants and bars, but still relatively quiet. We really appreciated the breakfast, with a wide selection (including home baked cakes ;-)!). The room was nicely decorated, and Barbara was such a welcoming hostess!
The outdoor area and was exceptional and very well kept. The room was clean and spacious. Service at the reception was great. They rented a moped for us and called a taxi for us when needed. The hotel also has a taxi boat to go to another beach nearby which was very nice (cost 10€ per person).
A tiny hidden gem because it is centrally located, with a stupendous 360 degree from the penthouse terrace . Rooms are large and spotless. The proprietors prepare a fabulous breakfast and make you feel at home with their welcoming banter and personality. A 10-15 min walk to the old town, waterfront filled with sail and motor boats, , historical sites, and restaurants.!
The apartment is on a lovely little street that ends at a small boat harbor. The views from the patios are beautiful. Lots of nice outside hang out spots around the apartment to enjoy. The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen stocked with necessities (although no basic things like sponge, dish soap, paper towels, salt, etc). There was no cutting board though.
The location, service and food. The restaurant is excellent. The trip with the ottonella boat is a must!
