Lovely apartment just outside of Tivat. Close to the airport, the Navar boatyard, and 30 min walk into town. The kitchen is well stocked, and the host is easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

Great apartment, I didn’t want to leave. Cool balcony with a breathtaking view. So peaceful and quiet. Very good wi-fi. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant nearby. You can order a taxi boat to Tivat directly from the apartment, my kids liked this so much.

The staff was fantastic!!! The sunset view from the balcony was amazing! It was close to Navar Boatyard and the airport.

This is a first class hotel, on the waterfront where the passenger tour boats and private yachts moor. Everything was top notch. The breakfast buffet was the best I had seen anywhere. Parking is in a public parking lot about 75 meters away, and the hotel stamps the parking ticket so you don’t have to pay. If you get a decent price when searching, just take the reservation. You will be glad that you did.

The apartment was small and basic, but clean and tidy and had everything we needed as a family. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and welcomed us with a drink and a platter, including homemade prosciutto. The location is wonderful. It's a short walk from local beaches with crystal clear water and also the Port of Montenegro with its super yachts and shops and resteraunts. There is a parking space at the front of the apartment which we found extremely useful. Would definitely return if we returned to the area.

As an intellectual traveler, I was impressed by the attention to detail in this flat near Kotor's beach. The comfortable double bed in the bedroom ensured a good night's sleep, and the wardrobe provided ample storage space. During my stay, I couldn't resist visiting the nearby Perast, a picturesque town famous for its beautiful baroque architecture and the iconic Our Lady of the Rocks island. Don't miss the opportunity to take a boat trip and immerse yourself in the rich history and natural beauty of the area.

The host is amazing! We came late after midnight. He waited for us with welcome drink and fruits.. Helped with luggage. And next day he gave as a lift to boat trip and took as back. We could also park a car whole day at his place with no charge. Highly recommend! Place might be hard to find its behind small building. Everything as described at booking.. We love it and recommend it!

You really cannot be positioned in a better spot in Tivat. It is a mere 4km from the airport so you could walk there when you get off the plane if you so wished and when you get there you are literally on the water in the centre of the promenade. From my window I stared at the sea and the yachts stowed in the harbour. Breakfast is fine and as you'd expect and the staff are very helpfull with booking boat trips and taxis etc. Also a small gym and sauna which is nice to have, plus wifi was perfect everywhere.
