The photos online don't make the hotel look as nice as it is. The music theme is carried through out the hotel, with album covers in the elevator and a variety of music playing. Our room on the 13th floor didn't have a spectacular view - we looked into a car park and up at office building - but the room made up for it. We appreciated the seating area, large bed, and the nice shower. The area was also extremely walkable to the boat tour we took and the navy pier.

It was located really close to our boat tour, called Architectural Boat Tour. Really close to the train too!

I really liked the place. it is centrally located so it's great. Everything is nearby especially for tourists visiting Chicago for the first time. Most of the tours (boat, walking,...) are starting from a spot nearby. There are restaurants and bars as well.

It was an amazing hotel. We booked it for 2 nights. Location is good, right on the magnificent miles. You can walk to almost all tourist places in downtown. Got several food options nearby. Staff was helpful . Rooms were spacious and clean. 360 observatory, oak st beach, ohio st beach, navy pier, the cloud gate, crown fountain were close. The boatrides and cruise rides could be taken easily too from chicago riverwalk. Loved the ambience. Overall a great stay.

I love the room and its beautiful view of the river boats sailing. The A La Carte Beyond burger was fresh and hot on delivery. Which made it an even better experience.

Hotel location is perfect to walk around downtown: Chicago art museum, Millennium Park, Magnificent miles-Michigan Ave all the way to John Hancock tower, River Walk nearby, Architecture boat tour spot close by.

Fairfield's location is excellent and just walking distance to all of Downtown Chicago's tourist spots, boat ride, theatres, architectural wonders plus delicious restaurants!

Excellent location, it was super easy for us to walk whenever we needed to go including tourist sites (it. the Bean, Mag Mile, Architect Boat Tour) and ample restaurants and stores were around. The space was perfectly clean and well decorated, the bed was fantastic and comfortable. We loved that in-unit washer and dryer was included as well. The view at night was wonderful. We appreciated the easy check in and quick communication.

Absolutely best location. 360 Chicago is walking distance. Wendella boat trip harbour is in 10 min walk.

IT WAS AWESOME! The Marina owners ARE SO AWESOME AND SO ABOUT YOU AND YOUR ADVENTURE!!! We loved the Lily Pad Boatel Yacht! It was so fun! They have everything there for a great visit.... The beach is awesome, too! IT WAS A GREAT vacation!!
