Unbeatable location!!! The home itself is well-equipped for meals, resting, reading by the fire, and more. Literally steps outside are zebras and wildebeest and a breathtaking view of Cathkin Peak. A few minutes walk takes you to vulture sightings, stunning valley views, and trails into the mountains or Blue Grotto. And a few minutes drive takes you to great dining, boating, fishing, and all the amenities at the Sun. I don’t know of anywhere else in the Central Berg that combines all these factors!

Beautiful view from the top of the property (only from the Fisherman House, Main House and flats, NOT from the Boat Houses). It has potential to be tranquil and relaxing, we just could not experience that. Short distance to the beach for walks. Good wifi.

It was a self-catering apartment but everything we needed was there not to mention the hospitality of the owners it was out of this world. Taking time to show us around and always checking up on us. We enjoyed ourselves I couldn't stop raving about the view of the apartment, cleanliness, and to top it all it was close to everything including just watching the Boat from the Balcony.

Its a fantastic houseboat! it is officially the most destressing, relaxing thing we have ever done. Alan the Captain, Senzo and Bheki were excellent hosts! wiseman kept us fed and so well! :) They were endlessly patient with baiting rods and the kids. Definitely going to do this again!
