We loved our stay at Alpenheim! We stayed there with our four children (10, 9, 6, and 4), our basset hound, and my parents in Apartments 3 and 4. They were spotless, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Theo, Melanie, and their family were very welcoming and wonderful hosts. We loved being able to order fresh bread in the evening and to have it right outside our door in the morning! They were very patient with our dog and children, and we are grateful for their hospitality. It was an easy walk to the lifts, even with little kids and their gear. There was a well-stocked grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Make sure to bring hand soap, shampoo, etc. or purchase there. Alpenheim was an amazing find, and we are glad that we got to ring in the new year at such a lovely place.

If I could give more than 10 points I would do that! The owner is a sweet, friendly and caring lady, I had a birthday during my stay and a friend called to a hotel to surprise me and they organised a breakfast surprise cake, something I ll never forget! Everything was clean, in silent part of the village, in 2 mins of walk to a bus station and 10 mins to the city Center, lovely spa area to relax, Silvretta premium card included.

Really friendly staff, the apartment was very well equipped and super clean. each room had their own bathroom and comfy beds! The bus stop into town is just outside the hotel and the buses run frequently, making it really easy and fast to get from the hotel to the slopes or apres ski / restaurants.

Quiet village (Mathon), much better (in our opinion) than the crowded and commercial Ischgl. Plenty of hiking trails around. Also, nice to be able to use the guest cards for the different cable lifts once per day. Friendly and helpful hosts, they even increased the central heating level for us (although in mid summer, it can be cooler at night at 1500 m...). And delicious chocolate cake. Overall, very good experience, thank you!
