The Guesthouse is very cozy and clean to another level. As a single traveler I enjoyed it much more than staying in a hotel because it made me feel at home. The staff is incredible and super warm, welcoming & helpful! An amazing and fresh breakfast is served personally by the owners accompanied by a smile and help for any question you may have. Free parking available as well but it may be good to inform the owners prior arrival so others cars can be arranged properly. There is a 10-12min walk to the Hahnenkammbahn which was the main lift I took and a 5-7 min walk to Hornbahn (a smaller ski area). However, I loved walking before starting my day, it's a small warm up. Cleanliness, location, and service definitely exceed my expectations compared to the price I payed for 6 nights! No question I will stay here again next time I'm in Kitzbuhel!!

The Penthouse was pretty awesome with superior views over Kitzbühel and the mountains. Location was easy to find from the main road and there was a private parking place right next to the main building. Late arrival was no problem at all. The Penthouse had 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a wc, a smaller 1 wc, and a very spacious living area. In addition, it had 2 balconies providing excellent views to the mountains (check the attached pics). The Penthouse was also well-equipped with e.g. working fireplace, nice kitchen with a wine cabinet, Bang & Olufsen Audio System, large TVs in all main rooms, wifi etc... Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hence, it is easy to recommend this place and the Penthouse.

Location next to the village center was quiet, but still easy to walk everywhere, including Hahnenkamm gondola and AquaPark; there is a cafe right next door, very nice larger bakery Schmidt about 3-4 min away for breakfast; but kitchen was lovely and well-equipped and Billa supermarket is less than 10 min walk from the property; you also have several restaurants around, from higher end like First Lobster, to casual Thai and pizza; also lovely wine shop, Terroir, but village center is just 5 min walk, with many food options and another Billa supermarket. There is a great massage place, KitzMassage, about 3 min walk. Villa is nicely decorated and new, great use of space inside, great shower.

Car can be be parked just in front (few steps). It's only 10 min. by foot to the city center and 20 min. by foot to Hahnenkammbahn. It's worth renting storage wardrobe (9 EUR/day) at Inter sport and not to carry all equipment to the house. Apartment itself is worth to come again.
