The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

The host was lovely and flexible with timings which meant a lot, the rugs on the floor were so soft, the shower was amazing, the TV was huge and had netflix so you could chill and watch movies in bed, the breakfast was really nice and affordable and brought to you. We had such a nice time staying here :-)

The house is really beautiful, large, cosy and quiet. Marc is the best host I have ever met! He was always very kind and very helpful. It really helped us even when we had some difficulties. It is really rare to find a person who takes such care of the guests. If I had to return to Brussels I would definitely choose this apartment.

He was very welcoming with some helpful advice but then allowed us privacy in the apartment. There were good washing and drying facilities. The location, Uccle, is away from the centre of Brussels but the public transport is manageable, the suburban village is very pleasant and safe, and is well situated if you want to visit the site of the battle Waterloo - which should not be missed!
