Everything! The room is completely new, clean and stylish. Every appliance and piece of furniture is well fitted and premium brand. Nothing looks cheap. The balconies are huge and have an awesome view of the city and park. There are windows everywhere and the natural light is perfectly handled. For those that want to sleep in , there are dark curtains to block the morning sun. Everything imaginable is available, and as a bonus there are also packaged slippers. Location wise it is right on center but at an easy to park place. Staff is extremely welcoming. Tony was awesome. Also of note: we found a complete medical kit in the cupboard above the oven. Thankfully we did not need it but it is great that it is there. The unit was very clean.

The forest and the river are fairytale. If you love nature that is your place. From the village above, you can start also one of the best hikes in Pirin mountain. The food was tasty and hotel offered a nice assortment and variety. Rooms are spacious and have all necessary amenities. The entire hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Beautiful pools and spa facilities, you'll really appreciate the view of the city from the outdoor pools. Looking forward to return back and stay in a private villa.
