The place is simply delightful, very romantic. The attention for details is tasteful and it overall creates a lovely environment. The room was incredible, with a cozy little living-room that included armchairs and fireplace, as well as an enormous very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with powerful shower head and deep tub. The colours, the materials, the furnishings and the smell of wood made it a very intimate and relaxing environment. I must also mention an incredibly bright breakfast room and, most importantly, a wonderful reading room with a very interesting and eclectic book selection. The breakfast was also delicious and very filling, complete of several different dishes, both savory and sweet. This place went beyond our expectations and we regretted not spending more time in Victoria just to enjoy it for a little longer.

We had an amazing stay at this place. Hosts are the friendliest people ever, they helped us a lot. We had some troubles getting our rental car, and Julia came to Victoria to pick us up even though in was Easter Sunday! Location is very convenient even if you don’t have a car, as there is a bus stop nearby, so you can easily get to Victoria Downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, there are also several grocery stores is a walkable distance.

The location was farther than I expected, but the traffic was always smooth and the view from the house was just amazing. Contacting the owner had a little time lag so that we didn't know how to unlock/lock the entrance door, but luckily we arrived the location at the same time the owner came back, so I was able to get that information. Because the summer this year has been incredibly hot, we wanted to stay AC'ed place, and this was just perfect. The owner gave us so much information, where to visit, where to eat out, what to do, and so on. Because we weren't new to Victoria, we knew what we were going to do, but such plenty information must be helpful for first time visitors for sure.

An incredible place, nice and quiet and with a beautiful view alond the sea ! On arrival in the appartment we were so surprised as it exceeded our expectations. An almost brand new appartment with two seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. A fully equiped kitchen with a great coffee machine and over. The living area was spacious and comfortable. We booked this appartment for its views and the location outside the city center. Having a car with us it was easy to go to the center and it took us a 15 min to reach the public parking on Wharf Street. From here you can walk to all the attractions in Victoria. This parking is also close to Chinatown (oldest Chinatown in Canada) and we found some great restaurants in this area like Little Unnan Restaurant and Don Mee Chinese Seafoof restaurant where we had a nice dimsum meal. Worth mentioning is also the Ohana Poke restaurant (Japanese and Korean food) with great poke bowls ! A supermarket can be found at 6 k and also some restaurants. However if you have a car you better go to the center and have a great meal in Chinatown. The host (and owner) of the appartment is friendly and came with clear instructions how to find and open the key in the key box. It is also worth it to have a stroll in the area and you can just walk to the opposite house and walk to the sea. It s a rocky area but worth it and you will have a great view. We would like to thank the owner and we will certainly be back for our next visit to Victoria !
