Very nice house on the edge of the forest. Very well equipped - fireplace, sauna, terrace, garden. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly host Eva can recommend interesting places. Hřensko can be reached in about 45 min. The house is really recommendable.

The place is spotlessly clean, the vibe is warm and welcoming, and the owners are kind and caring. Breakfast AND dinner are included in the price! You can also buy beer, wine, nonalcoholic drinks, and a limited selection of spirits. Villa Sunshine is located a short distance from the town of Zahrady (Gardens)--you'll need a car to get there, but parking is free. It makes a great base for a weekend trip to Czech-Saxon Switzerland.

It hardly seems possible that this facility is open for public lodging. We had use of the public rooms during our stay and our room was exceptionally large, with a king bed and two balconies overlooking a fore sted yard. WiFi was good in the entry area and the room facing the entry, but was otherwise spotty. It is a 5 minute walk to the village running along a creekside path and there is a very good brewery/restaurant in town.
