Stayed at this hotel 2 times, 3 families with children. Great hotel! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, stunning views of the Pyramid of Cheops from the windows. We were received wonderfully. Karim was very kind, fulfilled all our requests immediately, prepared amazing fresh juices for us, breakfast to choose from - European or national, everything fresh and delicious, excellent coffee with cardamom. Organized a transfer from the airport with a visit to the museum. Special thanks to the driver, who on the way from the airport did everything possible for us to visit the national museum, despite the fact that there was only 1 hour left before closing. All the hotel staff also did everything to make our stay very comfortable. The staff is constantly working on improving the rooms. For the second time, we were pleasantly surprised by the presence in the rooms of large, full-length mirrors with backlight (large mirrors are a rarity in the room). We hope to return.
