The entire staff was amazing! From the time of booking they were quick to respond to our messages. They arranged for airport pickup. Their breakfast was delicious, and we sat every morning looking at the pyramids. They supplied unlimited tea and water at no cost. The room was clean and comfortable. Mustafa at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations on the best places to eat, how to get around and the sights we couldn’t miss. He was always available to answer questions. The entire staff made us feel at home.

it is a family owned hotel and they make you feel like it. we had such nice hospitality from breakfast to my boy friend getting a sprin and midu getting him medicine several times , at no extra cost , no matter the time . It was such incredible view from the pyramids that’s for sure , but the guest service is beyond words.. I will 100% recommend it again and again to anyone that is coming to Egypt.
