The villa is new and in perfect conditions, including a heated private pool and all sort of amenities. A fully equipped kitchen and the ping pong table were our personal favorite ones.

We loved the location of the apartment. It overlooks the the beach, which is much quieter than the big resorts. The flat was spacious and had everything we needed. Including beach towels. There is air conditioning which was needed while we were there in November. Alice was there to meet us on our arrival and was very helpful. When we requested another key she brought it around within minutes. The flat is on the 12th floor and there are shops on the car park level (8). There is a lift down to the ground (beach level). There’s a good choice of restaurants and other beaches to visit. The sea was lovely for swimming in. If I was visiting Gran Canaria again I would definitely want to stay here.

The villa was midway up the estate, a 5 minute walk from the supermarket and local restaurant, which we visited on numerous occasions. The villa was very modern with all the necessary facilities you needed with a great view, with the sea in the distant background. The pool was in the sun from around 10am to sunset, very refreshing

Beds are really comfortable, separate WiFi on each floor worked perfectly. Great to have washers, dryers & all mod cons. Ricardo our host was really helpful. Our recommended taxi driver Mikheil was so friendly & helpful, and added to the enjoyment and comfort of the trip. Would definitely recommend and would definitely like to return here.
