This apartment is really nice. It has everything you need and lies in a very quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 min walk to the river. Only 5 min from shopping centre. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.

The apartment was so well equipped In terms of kitchen appliances and utensils. Probably one of the best we have ever stayed at. We appreciated the coffee. The bathroom was marvelous and having a washing machine was most helpful. It was in an excellent location.

The location was perfect as only a 10 min walk along the river into the Old Town. The room was fantastic & breakfast was great. Our hosts, Jenny & Nick, were very welcoming and helpful. We'd highly recommend R&R Bergerac as a place to stay.

It is a great location. A block from the cathedral and a couple of blocks from one of the main entrances to the old town. The bed was very comfortable as were the chairs and sofa. Lots of hot water in the shower. Bergerac has a Wed. and a Saturday market which is right outside the front door and along the side of the building. They start setting up around 6/7am. Great windows - - we never heard a thing. Many food shops right around the corner.

We loved the superb location by the Dordogne. Our host Marina was very welcoming and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. All home made the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had and set in very elegant surroundings! Despite not speaking each other’s language we still managed to get by and Martine was warm and welcoming and even arranged her lovely partner to drop us off at the airport when we left. Bergerac is a very pretty town and I’d highly recommend staying at the Villa Astride!

The owners, Lise and Patrick were very friendly with Thomas and had great conversations. Breakfast was amusing at times and if we didn’t understand French or English we used our phones to translate. Lise is a qualified massagers and I had a delightful massage on my last evening which ended our time in Bergerac perfectly and to explore the region for our search for a holiday home.
