Arrangements for collecting keys were clear: but in fact we arrived a little early and were helped into the property and were shown the garage parking. An excellent location: a pleasant walk into the centre of Rouen and easily accessible by car (and quiet for such a central position). The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our brief visit, thought it was good value and would definitely book again.

Everything was so easy. We picked up a car in Lille, drove 3 hours, parked in the underground car park with a pedestrian exit (“rue de l’hopital”) right opposite the building’s front door. Dominique had sent me the code the day before to pick up the keys. Up the stairs and we were in. A lovely haven above the crowds of a thriving old town. The shower is a gorgeous grotto with lots of hot water!
