Fantastic bed and breakfast in the epicentre of lovely Cartmel. Communication with Rachel prior to arrival was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, both the public areas and the room in which we stayed. The room, recently re-decorated, is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Modern bathroom, super comfrotable bed, tea kettle/espresso machine - who needs more? Breakfast was stellar, be it the full English or the continental. We'll be delighted to come back and we thank Rachel for making our weekend in Cartmel special!

The Inn is not really walking distance to Cartmel so we had to leave the car in the village and appreciated very much that on request we were collected from the restaurant with our bags and taken back to the Inn by a very friendly man. The king size bed was super comfy, the bathroom was spacious and there was a lovely view down the valley. The room was very clean and quiet.
