Spacious, modern, comfortable, warm, lots of parking, private, quiet, and great kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable. It was lovely being able to walk around the acres of private woodland, listen to the birds, and look out onto the green trees. The inn was only a couple of minutes' walk for drinks and dining. Handy, central location for driving to the Neist Point lighthouse, Queraing, Old Man of Storr, and Portree. Phil and Karen were great hosts.

Loved the location, was easy to get there by bus too. While it is quite remote, view is nice nature, still not way too far, perfect location. Pods look great from outside and they have been quite comfy, we enjoyed a night being offline. Loved the small window at our head in the bed. We could enjoy nature while staying in bed. The cottage was our little home for a week. It was well equipped with plenty of cuttlery, plates, pots & pans, so that it was easy to get through the day with several meals. The furniture was in a very good shape and in general well appointed / equipped. It is located abt 15 mins away from Portree by car, but was a good starting point for us for several trips in the area.
