Joy was very helpful, he was in touch with us through the booking chat until we arrived in order to be ready to meet us. He responded in a very short time. The bathroom was great, very big and modern, and it had both shower and a hot tub. The room was big enough for both of us and our luggage. Also, Joy let us leave the luggge in the lounge after checkout until we left Inverness. It was a very good value for money.

Everything was fabulous, one of the best places I stayed at. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, they never bother you when not needed, but they are always present looking for whatever you wish for. Breakfast is beyond all expectations. Fine dining dinner experience, wide selection of wines and of course an enormous variety of great whiskies.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Everything seems new. Contact with the host very easy. I was afraid to see a sofa bed but we sleep very well like in a real bed. I loved the decor and the view over the rooftops of the city.

My son loved it so much that he asked if we could buy the house and move in! The location is a very short walk to the centre of town but is quiet.
