The instructions from Andy were very clear and we had no problem accessing the apartment the first time.

Excellent place to stay. John and jim were very welcoming along with dude the dog who would come over and say hello. The beds were really comfortable and kept warm throughout the night with the heater. The toilets and showers were very clean. Loved the kitchen which was well stocked and had everything you need. We took our own coal and wood and enjoyed a bbq and a fire in the evenings. Great location. Lots of walks around the country park and things to see. Very quiet at night as well. Would highly recommend.

    Loved the hotel, didn't get to use the pool or gym so will have to come back! The staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious but a little colder than normal at weekends cos of the lids constantly being lifted but didn't spoil it. Amazing grounds and loved going for an evening walk into the conservation area. Some great take aways near by in the village.

    The apartment was just like the photos. I am super fussy when it comes to being clean and this place was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything you need for a good stay. The room was very warm in the hot weather, but I guess that can't be helped when it's hot. Great communication from the hosts, so can't go wrong. Access to the Ocean Village and a local convenience Tesco/CO-OP right outside the front door. Would be more than happy to come back.

    Stayed here while walking the South Downs Way. Although, it is a little off the path it is definitely worth it. With a lovely host, who went the extra mile to drop us into the village for dinner, and a morning spent next to the gently running river made us want to stay another night!
