The Gresham Court offers a lovely getaway from the day to day world. It is a relatively short walk to downtown and the marina, where you can get to some of the best sights in the general area via a bus/car drive or ferry/boat ride. The owner/managers are a pleasant and helpful couple and they the provide the best breakfast we've ever had in our travels. The room was charming and the bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was small but very comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that it had a full (if compact) kitchen. The garden was lovely, and it was really close to a small cove that was less full of people than the main beach. Perfect for swimming late in the evening. Steve and Anne were great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. A very nice area and an easy walk to the sea, town, Torre Abbey (best tourist attraction in Torquay) and train station. The hosts were welcoming. The breakfast was superb, plentiful and tasty. For a single room it was spacious with even room for an armchair and kettle facilities. Cleanliness was exceptional here.

Walking distance to a lovely sandy calm beach- perfect for my little one. Free parking right outside (for 2 cars) which is a bonus as it’s chargeable on the street. All amenities in the kitchen and big bathtub and bathroom with shower too. The host was fab and was really helpful- he provided a travel cot and high chair for us, and let us park for slightly longer on check out. Apps on the TV like Netflix. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

The owners who live nearby were friendly and helpful.
