Good communication throughout. Self check-in at the property. Clear instructions of location, check-in instructions, and the workings of everything in the apartment. Great information on local attractions and restaurants which I even tried out. Loved Cafe 42 :) Lovely well-appointed kitchen. Sainsbury's supermarket is a stone's throw away and perfect for groceries. Very comfortable bed, nice to have a little lounge, lovely modern kitchen and bathroom, nice shower, hanging space. Very modern, stylish and spacious interior. Comfy couches and good TV. Close to my daughter's boarding school, and the centre of town was a very short pretty walk. Easy to walk to and from the station too. Perfect position for me. I particularly loved the little Christmas tree with twinkly lights, as a special detail this time of year; and the Nespresso machine with pods included. What a treat!
