You have access to a shared (with all the guests) living room + kitchen + bathroom + big balcony It was a very pleasant surprise. it's 10min walk from the monastery. Nice place to stay for a night on the way to Kazbegi for exemple.

We are very happy to have stayed at the house of Badri and his wonderful family. The house is very cozy with a kitchen/living room and a large bedroom. The location is great, next to the Spar and a 5 min walk to the lake. We also loved hiking next to the river. We were traveling with a one year old and Badri made sure we had everything we needed for him - a bed, toys, high chair etc. I can really recommend this house for families - nice place to sit outside while the children are sleeping, room for the child to play etc. We felt very much at home. But the best part - Badri and his family. We got great recommendations on what to do around Ananuri but also in the rest of Georgia. It was a pleasure to speak to the family when we arrived/left, they’re the kindest people we’ve met in Georgia so far :) Highly recommended. We’d love to come again!

The place is amazing. It is remote, quiet and very romantic. We got the first pod, closest to the view of the lake. In the morning it was like paradise. The pod itself is decently big and there is even a kitchenette , which I did not even know about until we showed up there;) big shower, both of us fitted there and still had a lot of space. Hot water that lasted a long time in the shower ;) Tv for switching fireplace for romance, big bee. Heater, aircon. Mini hob for cooking and a good selection of kitchenware . Location is amazing, the views are stunning. Gio, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Gave us a lot of hints on how to get there, as it is in mountains and might be a bit difficult to get there due to road conditions. We got stuck due to lack of experience in mountain roads and he came all over from another town to help us out, also offered assistance, food while waiting and another night to enjoy amazing views. Gio is a legend and extremely amazing and friendly person. He takes pride in what he is doing and helps if there is need for it.
