Very new construction. The superior apartment on the upper floor is a large modern apartment with a spacious loft for the queen bed and second TV (note: the remote controls both TVs, so you can only use one at a time). Walk-in shower with rain head. Nice new towels. Strong air conditioning, but in the extreme heat of July-August, it needs time to cool down the loft area. Excellent location at the edge of the historic center where there a lot of restaurants and access to the main shopping street. Plenty of free parking two blocks away. The picture I uploaded shows the actual new building because the one in Google maps is old and invalid.

You can even get delivery there for a nice morning coffee or croissant. The upstairs double bedroom has a great balcony/veranda where you can admire the view. The house was very clean and tidy with great outdoor spaces. Regarding the bathroom, the shower is separate from the WC, which is very useful when you are 4 people sharing one bathroom.
