Staff speaks perfect English. Rooms are regularly cleaned, with fresh towels provided. AC is included in the price (rare for Greece) and works fine. The included kitchen was good enough for omelettes and coffee in the morning. Mosquito nets are present on the balcony doors. Both the beach and the city center are a short walk away, looked further away on the map. Wifi gets slow in the evening when everyone returns from the beach, but is blazing fast during the day, so i was able to work and have meetings without interruptions.

The villa is located between Polychrono and Chaniotis, this is really nice because you can avoid the crowd and you will always find parking, which is rarely the case in the cities. The beach is just 4 minute walk away and the water is perfectly clear, let's not forget the pool which was amazing.
