Jelena was extremely helpful and provided all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. It was a pleasure using them and highly reccomend anyone staying in Croatia-Zagreb to use them. They were also able to provide emergency accomdation when my plans changed while visiting Croatia. I cannot express in words how impressed I am with their services. Exceptional service like this is so rare, it was an absolute pleasure.

Annie's was a great home away from home even though we just stayed for 1 night. The room is extremely spacious, and the beds are really comfortable! We especially liked the quaint interior and general vibes of the hotel, with the record player playing some vinyls during breakfast. We are extremely appreciative towards Sofija who greeted us when we checked in, and allowed us to use one of the rooms to freshen up and get ready as we arrived at 7am. It's a small gesture, but after travelling via train for 12 hours, this was what we really needed when we arrived in Zagreb. Many thanks also to Ante, I believe, who assisted us with the booking as well. He was very responsive when we requested to change the duration of the stay, and made sure that we managed to book our room, despite it being completely full. Overall, we would definitely recommend Annie's! It was really comfortable, close to the train/bus stations and center, and the staff is friendly and willing to help. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfectly clean and amazingly decorated apartment. Very cosy, comfortable bed and despite very cold weather, the room was always warm. The host is pleasant and nice. The city center is very near, in walking distance, and yet the room is quiet in a peasful street with private parking so you don't have to worry about your car. I will definitely come back every time I go to Zagreb. Every recommendation.
