Staff were SOOO Amazing! It was great to come back to Dublin and and really experience the Irish hospitality that we've missed so much. The room was very clean. We didn't have time to visit the pub underneath but the vibes and atmosphere around Christmas time will make us want to visit again.

Just about everything has exceeded our expectation. Pat picked us up on the airport and then welcomed us together with Joan like we would be at home. We had two rooms (three persons), one in the first floor (delux) and appartment in the ground floor - the garden studio (fully furnished including all necesities for making breakfast, there was nothing to complain about). We did not expect we would have a breakfast included, it was a nice surprise. Also got a welcome pack on the room (basket with fruits and bottle of wine), which warmed us up after walking around the city. Cozy appartment, comfortable beds, whatever we would need, we would get, just ask for. Both Pat and Joan were very friendly, gave us good advices regarding Dublin and we had very good feelings they don´t take us as guests, but rather like a part of family. Should ve ever go to Ireland (and we hope we would), staying in their appartment would be as a must :)
