Breakfast was an absolute delight every morning , we couldn t wait to see what warm baked goods marsha had produced that morning , plus coffee , juice , fruit , yogurt and granola or chia seed pudding or porridge with berries , pastries and butter, milk and jam. Delivered to our door at an arranged time . Marsha and Jimmy could not have been more helpful or considerate . The location is beautiful, very peaceful and well maintained All facilities were clean and in good order . I would highly recommend the yurt at McClure Glamping site . Robert was absolutely lovely, he’s so welcoming and the B&B is beautiful. It was very clean and exactly as described. Beautiful big open kitchen with self serve breakfast facilities. Would totally recommend staying here and we’d definitely come back!

The fact that a good Guinness was on tap in minutes after getting settled in didn’t hurt. The pub atmosphere was typical small village with several locals. We got to chatting with one of them, he was quite friendly and helpful. The owner, Jim Burke, was helpful in recommending dinner locations for both nights. If you love Portuguese food he can tell you where to get a great meal!
