Good breakfast on the roof-top terrace (but could be easily improved with fresh fruits and yoghourt/curd). Would like to come back!

A beautiful Dutch merchant villa with an open air court (with a tree growing in the middle and kois swimming in the pond), a very spacious open air restaurant area, a wonderful old terrace with vintage furniture, spacious rooms with antique interiors chosen with taste - I have rarely been in such a beautiful hotel. Perfect place to spend a week and relax!

Sharon and Roy are really great hosts. They suggested a self guided walking tour, helped us with the short cut to bus station (over a footbridge- 5 mins tops) recommended restaurants, money changer. Basically everything we needed! If you are in two minds as to whether to book this, or the other more famous villas, think no more and book this. You won’t regret it!
