We stayed at K16 apartments for two nights . - it has a great location , right opposite the Akureyri Church and at City centre with great cafes and restaurants at walking distance. -The rooms are well equipped with all you will need for a comfortable stay . - cleanest apartment ever ! - it’s massive - bed room, bath, kitchen, living space and balcony - lots of storage and well thought out cabinets for putting up jackets rain shoes etc - hassle free check in and out -Free parking in the apartment building - correspondence with Margrèt was great . She was prompt and accommodating from the time of our booking and to check out . - we had a higher floor room overlooking the church . The highlight of our stay has to be us witnessing the Aroura Borealis on our first night from our room balcony.

we spent one day at Sunnuhlid houses and it was very pleasant. the Whole place had Been thougth to make you feel comfortable and has everything you need. the kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom is very cosy and the bathroom had a Nice shower. but overall what really makes this place special is the amazing view. Waking up to the mountains is priceless!
