Beautiful, modern, spacious apartment. It is very well equipped and there was even a supply of basics (oil, pasta, etc) that I assume had been left behind by other renters. There were a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean and spacious. All amenities were available. Check in instructions were clear. The host was very responsive whenever we reached out for any assistance. Although we did not check in early but they accommodated our request when we raised one. Kirkjufell's view from one of the rooms is just out of this world! Totally recommended. To say we loved the apartment is an understatement. We felt so at home in the space, it was cosy, very thoughtfully appointed and had everything you need to be comfortable. Good place for an evening walk along the harbour and cute village. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. We also had dinner in the Harbour Cafe (where breakfast is served) - it was OK but not great for the price you pay. We found the room a bit small with 2 people and two suitcases but it's manageable. The common kitchen is well equipped and it's nice that it has a fridge for guests and for the "leftovers" for future guests - we left some there since it was our last night in Iceland.
