The guesthouse was very confortable, spacious, clean and well-decorated. The kitchenette had all the utilities we needed. The electric stove was stored on a drawer under the sink. But the best thing was the sympathy our hosts showed us. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but unfortunately were caught up in the middle of a snow storm, so they refound us for the first night we couldn't get there and stayed in contact with us throughout those days, indicating us the best way to arrive on the guesthouse since most roads leading there were closed or slippery.

The location was perfect in close to Husavik. The view over the harbor was very nice. It has everything we needed and then some. Good communication before and after arrival. The location is above a supermarket but you really did not notice it. But it was very convenient if you needed anything. The washer/ dryer were great.

It was our best stay in Island! The house is beautifully and carefully furnished. We admired the atmosphere that made us feel so comfortable, we could stay longer :) It was near the harbour and excellent restaurants! Thanks to the house we felt in Husavik like at home.

While there are no doors on the bathroom or bedroom there are dividing curtains for privacy. The little garden area outside was very private and comfortable for a morning cup of tea/coffee. The location cannot be beat and price was very also great. We own several vacation homes and were extremely impressed with how the apartment was stocked and the ease of check in.

The surroundings felt so serene and peaceful. The cottage itself was beautiful: modern, well-appointed with high-end amenities, comfortable, and private. It was straight out of a glossy home and decor magazine! The hot tub with geothermal water was fabulous, especially after a driving for day. We were also able to see the midnight sun right at our villa! It was a real treat to stay here!
