The location of the hotel is amazing. Only about 10 mins walking distance to the downtown and popular areas. I really like the large balcony with amazing view of the como lake. I think this is the best selling point for this stay. I'm attaching few pictures I took in the balcony in the evening. There is a washing machine (laundry) inside the apartment so it's easy for people to do laundry.

+ it was PERFECT value for money. Very local Italian feeling in and outside the flat, not on the main street, all appliances were there, including complimentary wine bottle. Very nice little bakery downstairs. Apartment was heated on our arrival as it was off season. I would consider staying again.

It's hard to describe the stay here in words. The villa is positioned in a breathtaking landscape. With mountain views and panoramic lake views it is ideal. Fabulous breakfast and can be served boiled in the morning on a terrace with panoramic lake views. Very friendly staff and the "master" of breakfast a charismatic character. The images on the booking are real and everything was perfect. About 15 minutes walk to the entrance to the center, landing, port. Definitely the ideal location. Thank you for your hospitality. There were a few days when I felt like I was in paradise. The day began with the image of "awakening" the lake and the evening, with a glass of red wine, ended with the image of "sunset" on the lake.

It is an amazing place close to everything (bus stop, shop, city), yet quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the shared room and it was super comfortable and clean. Aurelia and everyone there is so lovely and always helpful. It was pleasant just to sit in the beautiful garden, and eat home-made cakes for breakfast! Would definitely come back 🥰

Amazing view on a lake from a terrace and a garden. Very comfortable room with big bathroom. But for sure the biggest adventage of that place is staff. Very friendly and helpful people. We've received welcome drink with a lot of local food to taste and if it was not enought, my girlfriend received a farewell gift as it was her birthday! If you looking for an accomodation in Bellagio area, Go There!!! :)

It is a charming little oasis with the hotels own garden to sit and chill with a wine or beer (BYO) The owners are fantastic hosts and so is the breakfast. An easy walk to everything in the town and plenty of walking areas outside of the town. Also ferries going all the time to other villages along the lake. Luca met us there when we arrived and could not have been a more gracious host. He had maps, showed us how everything in the house worked, and had even stocked the fridge with fresh fruit, water and a bottle of sparkling wine. The house is immaculate, and as a bonus there is a Nespresso machine. We were able to make our own coffee in the morning and enjoy it while sitting outside among the beautiful olive trees!

With the apartment key you can access the garden anytime during its opening hours (10-19h), and through the garden you can get to the city centre in just under 15 minutes. There is also the Bellagio Express tourist tram that stops right outside the apartment. We also liked cooking in the apartment. Since there weren't many food options near the apartment, we ended up cooking dinner our second night at the apartment.
