Very nice apartment! Newly renovated and very fresh, clean. Esmeralda, the host, is nice and super friendly!!! The location was also very good, lower than 10 min walk to La Spezia train station. Very easy to get to Cinque Terre. A grocery store was very nearby. Everything was excellent!

Great place to stay, easy access to town and train station. The owners offer shuttle service and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They offered free water and juice as well as coffee. They picked up pastry's for breakfast. On our last day we wanted to go exploring and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel for free and even brought our luggage to the train station at no charge (we tried paying and tipping which was refused). the property is nice and comfortable with places to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Property was well maintained and had parking if you drove.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. For three or four persons its rather small but the price-performance ratio is great. The host made the check in so easy with great communication on how to get the keys. The bonus was the private parking space and a lift upto the property with all our luggage.
