The guesthouse is in a great location, within easy walking distance to everything. Jacqueline, the owner, provided excellent pre-arrival instructions. The room was lovely and supremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Most importantly, though, Jacqueline helped us for days before our arrival when our luggage did not arrive by courier as expected, which you can imagine was very stressful for us. She went above and beyond to try to help us. We cannot thank you enough, Jacqueline, for being our advocate while we were on our way to your place (we were off grid, high in the mountains) and after our arrival.

It is easy to access the city center walking, but equally the hotel is in a very nice relaxing area with beautiful gardens, villas and plantations all around it. We were also allowed to come with our big dog who was treated very nicely by everyone.
