Serving size was very generous. Hotel and restaurant staff were always helpful and concerned that our expectations were met.

Lovely property, beautiful location; easily walkable to the beautiful old town and its many restaurants, ice cream shops and café/bars. Our flight times (arrival and departure) did not align well with check in/check out and ofgicial check in location was unmanned. Fortunately Hotel La Paul (just over the road) were very happy for us to leave our luggage with them in their reception.

We received a very warm welcome and were given drinks and snacks whilst waiting to check-in as we were early. The location was superb and the property is beautiful! A host of shops and restaurants are easily accessible and a walkway to the rear of the B&B leads to the main bus route along the peninsula to the castle etc. (We also enjoyed a lovely walk along this route.) A buffet breakfast was available with a large selection of foods, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, ham, cheese and more. The staff were adorable and so accommodating - they even gave us a parting gift! A perfect stay.

The breakfast itself was enjoyable with a good selection. We had an upper room in the new block, and can easily accommodate three people. The balcony with side view to the lake was a bonus. The room rate in March was unbeatable; I would make a point of coming back again during the low season. Lots of car parking space.
