In the apartment, everything was clean and functional. The bathroom was excellent, many a soak had after a day of walking. The staff were lovely easy to talk to and incredibly helpful/full of recommendations. The area was brilliant to walk around, especially the famous fish market - some of the best sushi in tokyo at your doorstep. Finally, two stations within easy walk made travel easy.

This Bell house is very comfortable and the owner Yumi is so kind!She speaks perfect English and the service of this airbnb is very nice! I think this is the best airbnb of my experience in Japan!The house is near to the Sakurajyosui station which is easy to arrive to Shinjyuku. Near the house there are many tiny Izakaya or restaurants, so no problem to eat. And Yumi is always thinking of us and easy to contact. All the rooms are tidy and pleasant.

We loved our stay here so much and their attention to detail. They give you a little bag to welcome you with sweets and treats. Also the room with the futon beds is also a great way to start your trip in Japan. You sleep on a tamati mat too. The ground floor has a cafe & flower shop, and the upper floors are for the hotel. Despite it name being hotel, i would say it’s more around one flat-village type for staycation. Everything that you need or you think you dont need is in this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very beautifully decorated. Villa Fontaine Grande was extremely convenient being easy to walk to from inside the airport. There was a convenience store along the way, which was perfect for picking up a late-night snack. Automatic check-in was easy and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will definitely stay again if I have an early departure or late arrival at Haneda.

We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa with 4 adult men. For us it was a great size and let us store our luggage in one of the bedrooms and then sleep in the other two. The rooms says it can fit up to 13 people which would be very crowded. Location in Shinjuku was great. We were about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station but the property was situated in a more residential area, so we still felt like we had privacy and it was quiet at night.
