Room is very small - no space to open even a small luggage once we set up the extra bed. But it's very clean, we can change our towel everyday (no housekeeping). Staff is very friendly as well. Walking distance to Ryogoku station, about 250m. Very satisfied with the hotel overall.

Such a great place! Spacious apartment (and I guess that's quite big for Tokyo) in Okubo, a very central location in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the Shin-Okubo station, 15' from Shinjuku main area. It has everything you need to spend a week like at home (even though I wish I had super electronic toilets with a heated seat at my place).

Really nice and cosy new hotel, that was all that we expected and more. Beds were excellent and the rooms were well equipped and tidy and clean. 24 h reception was a really nice bonus for the apartment hotel.

Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

This Bell house is very comfortable and the owner Yumi is so kind!She speaks perfect English and the service of this airbnb is very nice! I think this is the best airbnb of my experience in Japan!The house is near to the Sakurajyosui station which is easy to arrive to Shinjyuku. Near the house there are many tiny Izakaya or restaurants, so no problem to eat. And Yumi is always thinking of us and easy to contact. All the rooms are tidy and pleasant.

The ground floor has a cafe & flower shop, and the upper floors are for the hotel. Despite it name being hotel, i would say it’s more around one flat-village type for staycation. Villa Fontaine Grande was extremely convenient being easy to walk to from inside the airport. There was a convenience store along the way, which was perfect for picking up a late-night snack. Automatic check-in was easy and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will definitely stay again if I have an early departure or late arrival at Haneda.

We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa with 4 adult men. For us it was a great size and let us store our luggage in one of the bedrooms and then sleep in the other two. The rooms says it can fit up to 13 people which would be very crowded. Location in Shinjuku was great. We were about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station but the property was situated in a more residential area, so we still felt like we had privacy and it was quiet at night.
