The staff here are amazing. They helped us greatly with climbing Adams Peak. They provided us with a very good tea and an amazing breakfast after climbing the mountain. They also arranged a taxi service to and from Hatton Station for the train which was of amazing help!

We were warmly greeted with some tea and sweets. The room was very simple but clean, the bathroom more or less the same and there was hot water. Breakfast was served after the hike and contained tea, egg sandwich, juice, fruit, hoppers and toast. The host showed us around a little and helped us with bus and train for the next day. It’s a good and cheap option for one night to hike Adam’s Peak in the morning.

The location couldnt be better, we absolutely loved the village. It was our favorite village so far, we highly recommend to stay here. The room is a perfect starting point to the hard trek to Adam's Peak. Included breakfast was also delicious.

The best time to go is Dec-May to see it at its best, the rest of the year is still a good climb. The owner was great, he walked me around the village to show me the shops, places to eat, and the starting point to Adam's Peak. The breakfast provided is great. Although it was a bit challenging to find the guest house due to the lack of signs, it's actually located right next to the Nallathanniya Buddha Statue. If you have trouble finding it, just ask the friendly folks at Mountain Villa Adam's Peak. They serve delicious meals, and it's the perfect place to stay if you're planning to hike Adam's Peak.
