Excellent place to stay in Kandy. Spacious and clean room. Hot water, windows that can open in both room and bathroom for fresh air, towels provided. Kitchen available to cook meals. Free tea and free laundry. There are many sitting areas to relax. Very friendly host. He is very organized and even makes sure the trash gets recycled, which I like. Location is a bit out of the center of town. A tuk tuk is about 200 LKR from/to the train/busstation (according to the Pick me app). Supermarket at 5min walking distance. I can recommend Delight Bakery for delicious vegetable samosas (7 min walk) and they also have a small foodcourt. Also MyMomo restaurant (10min walk) has cheap but really good rice/noodles dishes.

Kushana and his wife did everything to make us feel comfortable, and to help us with our trip, suggested us attractions, drove us to the city, and even made adaptations for the food (not spicy). They make exceptional food, and a great variety of options for dinner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Magical spot with extraordinarily friendly and attentive staff. The vibe is mi casa es su casa, and it is just that. Not many hotels where you are encouraged to wander in the kitchen to watch dinner being prepared. And yes, the food is excellent. So was the room, and the view of the Kandy valley from the infinity pool is not to be missed.
