"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. Excellent place to stay in Arugam Bay! The room is spacious and clean and there is even a shared kitchen for everyone. The property is located at the end of town, but there are many great places to eat nearby and the hotel is only a 1-minute walk from the beach. Perfect! Plus, the staff is so nice and the vibe is amazing. The manager Deen welcomed us warmly and both him and the kind elderly man treat us like family. Can't recommend this place enough!

What an amazing place. Host is the most welcoming person I've ever met, such an amazing human being! We booked for 5 nights and we extended another 3 because we felt like home. Everyday were preparing breakfast (and everyday is different, delicious and abundant, also with homemade juices). We also had few dinners in and food was stunning! He also arranged a motorbike, safaris and taxi at very reasonable price! We have no words to express how kind and caring they were with us. The place is very handy, close to beach and all the restaurants, clean and well take care of, also very quiet! We highly, highly recommend it! No hesitation! Looking forward to come back to here!

Absolutely loved staying here! The guys who run this place are a whole new level of friendly and helpful. I kept extending my stay because I just couldn’t leave. The mattress gave me the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had in my life. The location is brilliant- a few mins walk or a quick cycle to the busy bars/restaurants but it’s a good thing as it’s quiet at any given time yet all is accessible. As a sole female traveller I felt 100% safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!
