Excellent location on Isla - a very quiet residential area, nice neighborhood but at only 10 minutes from the busy Valletta by ferry or watertaxi. The location is excellent to discover Malta. We had the whole house, a beautifull 3 flloor old house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Harold is an excellent host and he did help us with information and advice. It was a perfect staying.

Dar Isla is the perfect place in almost every respect for a couple wishing to spend a few days in Malta surrounded by its sights. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished. Can't say enough good things about Azure Apartment and Simon, the host. The place is immaculate, pristine even. We've stayed in apartments all over the U. S. and Europe, and we've never encountered one as beautiful as this one. Simon has thought of everything to make staying there comfortable. Everything is modern and bright. It all looks new, actually. The kitchen has everything one might need for cooking and eating, and we were pleasantly surprised to find basic food items provided, such as a variety of fruit, bread, butter, eggs, milk, etc. - even a bottle of wine on ice. The living room has a nice TV, with streaming channels, an excellent stereo, and a variety of books, DVDs, and games. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable, with a good supply of towels and extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom is big and bright, with a great tub and shower. There is ample storage throughout the apartment, and ever room had color-changing mood lighting. The location is great - convenient to catch the ferry and bus transportation. There is a basic grocery store nearby - about a 15-minute walk. Communication with Simon was easy, and he always responds in a timely manner. All in all, I highly recommend Azure Apartment and will gladly stay again when we return to Malta.

The hotel is very clean and our room was very tastefully decorated with a large shower room and comfy bed. Senglea is a pretty little village in a great location,it has some lovely restaurants within walking distance and easy access for the water taxis to Valleta which a is fabulous place to visit. We loved our stay at the Snop House and hope to return one day.
