Albeit its from the pandemic. They were quite a few ran down villas around the area. We were quite a big group so we were fairly comfortable with the surrounding situations. The amenities provided were very useful during our stay as we could prepare our own food and the fridge is of a decent size. The pool was.clean handy for the kiddies sitting next to the villa veranda.
