Offering sea views, Timurbay studio apartment facing beautiful beach is an accommodation situated in Kuantan, 200 metres from Batu Hitam Beach and 400 metres from Balok Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment features an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property.

The apartment was impeccably clean when we arrived. The shower is more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Host was very generous in terms of providing washing liquid, toilet paper, coffee/tea/ creamer/ sugar, garbage bags. The washing machine worked very well and detergent was supplied. There are enough crockery and cutlery for up to 4 people. During weekends the pool tends to get a bit crowded with lots of kids but during the week the place is quite empty and it's really amazing to have the pool to yourself. There are lots of good eating places nearby so walking out for breakfast is not an issue. There is also a really excellent warong nearby (walking distance) that makes great nasi lemak and nasi kerabu. You can take a lift straight from the car park to the unit which is great if you are travelling with people who have mobility issues. Security is excellent because you need to use the pass to access your own floor. I will come back for sure. This is a great place to stay.

The owner and management were very clear and concise with the direction, rules and regulations,which does not leave any misunderstanding. They were very polite in their interactions. The place itself was heavenly. Very clean, all the electrical equipment were working, and having a karaoke was the icing on the cake. I truly believe that the place is VALUE for money, and will not hesitate to go again, and to spread the word around. I could not share any photos, as all of them had the family in it. Very sorry 🙏
