The rooms all have the same view looking out at mt Kinabalu which is absolutely amazing to wake up to and have a coffee sat on the balcony just outside your room! The staff were massively helpful told us about the best local restaurants things to do and how to go about doing them, they had a motorcycle that we rented to help get around and they even helped us plan where we were going after our stay there! At the end of our stay they gave us a lift to the bus stop so we could get our bus free of charge!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Best homestay around Mount Kinabalu. The view on Mount Kinabalu is spectacular. We booked for two nights, ended up staying three and we would had stayed longer if it wasn't fully booked. Room was very big and spacious. There was a whole communal kitchen that we could use. Free cold and hot water, you can buy some food from the property such as noodles, eggs, etc. The garden is really well maintened. Owner very friendly.

For the price i paid, it is beyond what i expected to experience. The bed is considerable comfy, the floor is clean, the hot shower and TV is working in a good condition. They even provide the laundry area where washer and dryer are available to use. The check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. The staff was very attentive whenever needed for a help. Spacious parking is kind of bonus to the property. The process of unloading from the vehicle is easy since i can parked the car in front of the room. But the most highlighted point when i stay here is the magnificent morning view. The peak of mount kinabalu is right in front of my eyes. I cannot easily get bored with the view. Every angle of the resort is picturesque and instagramable. This place will be my next choice to stay whenever i come back to kundasang. Kudos to owner and the staff here. *The laundry service is not in the package. Note: you will need an extra blanket or bring your own jacket as the temperature will drop to 14celcius in the night.
