Amazing hotel with great amenities and a welcoming host. The room was spacious and very clean. I made use of the washing machine and the kitchen area which was well equipped and had everything needed to prepare meals. Even free noodles, which is very considerate. A few minutes walk from very good restaurant and cafés.

I personally think the hotel location is very good and convenient. It is very close to the dining and convenience stores outside, and the hotel environment is still good. Breakfast is also available every day when booked. My wife and I live near the back door. During the day, we sometimes hear construction noise and sometimes hear the sound of the back door opening

We stayed here twice! not only did the wonderful English-speaking staff store our luggage safe and sound during our Mabul island trip, but they made our room ready for a very early check in after our boat returned. the location is excellent, a short walk from the pier (our boat drop off) and just down the street from the bus to kota. the hotel is very clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets, great AC and WiFi. Really appreciate water to refill bottles (and reduce single use plastic). shared bath was clean and never crowded. an exceptional budget option!

This property was very well taken care of and clean. Had hanging racks and a balcony to dry out diving gear. Spacious room with nice shower and bathroom. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. Location is right downtown but had a lot of security measures in place to keep location safe and private. AC worked well, Wifi very fast. Was worried about noise level but was surprisingly quiet.

Staff was super welcoming and friendly, transport worked perfectly. The driver even gave me some really nice restaurant recommendations! Rooms were clean and spacious.
