Very clean, well serviced and a good base for Gudvangen/Flam. We were a little concerned beforehand about the shared toilet/shower thing, but in our two night stay it was never an issue. Shared facilities, like the bedroom, were very clean and other guests were very discreet. Another bonus was the free use of the washing machine and tumble dryer; much appreciated. Very good stay.

The view from the room was breath-taking, and we could watch a waterfall from the mountain side. The continental breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We stayed in a Viking room in the round house - a bit gimmicky, but fun. All in all, a pleasant stay - mainly due to the views of the fjord and the onsite Viking village.LauraYoung couple
