Our stay was absolutly perfect. The apartment is spacious, there is a small garden and everything you need like washing machine, dishwasher, etc. For breakfast there are several delicious options. The host is very friendly and helpful and gave us many useful tipps. We would go there again.

Relaxing place in a peaceful part of Rotorua. Fully equipped bungalow with a private bathroom and kitchenette, where I found a welcome gift from the owners, cookies and coffee etc. Private parking also available. Great bakery and coffee just around the corner (Pantry d'Or) for a good start into the day. The place gets really quiet in the evenings so do expect to hear birds and crickets.

I can’t say enough good things. The facilities are immaculate, the room very comfortable—quality bedding and furniture. Black out curtains. Smart TV with Netflix. Delicious breakfast. Jen was so kind throughout our stay. This was our favorite place to stay during our NZ trip.

Annie is a very caring hostess and looked after us. We got cooked breakfast to our liking and Annie had a lot of good suggestions for trips. In the end we discarded our plans and simply followed Annie's advise. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean. The house sits on a small hill and so we had a great view around. As an early riser it was great to sit in the garden with the first cuppa and watch the sun rising. A small kitchen outside the room provided everything needed for a cuppa. Also there was a small living room for the guests. It felt like home away from home.
