Our stay was absolutly perfect. The apartment is spacious, there is a small garden and everything you need like washing machine, dishwasher, etc. For breakfast there are several delicious options. The host is very friendly and helpful and gave us many useful tipps. We would go there again.

Great spot to charge an EV securely, excellent place for your pet/dog to roam around essentially freely, cozy fire-place, awesome bath-tub overlooking a serene view, and the cooking/bbq set up was awesome to entertain your significant other or friends. The best touch is that the accommodation will be privately reserved and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

I can’t say enough good things. The facilities are immaculate, the room very comfortable—quality bedding and furniture. Black out curtains. Smart TV with Netflix. Delicious breakfast. Jen was so kind throughout our stay. This was our favorite place to stay during our NZ trip.

it’s a beautifully Leo property in a beautiful location with nice views of Lake Rotorua. extremely clean and the host was lovely. adequate breakfast with a choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cooked breakfast etc. The rooms had all the facilities and small thoughtful gestures like night light in the bathroom. Adequate plugs. A great place to stay.

We were able to walk to the Skyline in just a few minutes, making it easy to visit multiple times during our stay. The home was also close to many other popular attractions in Rotorua, such as the Redwoods forest and the Polynesian Spa.
