We really appreciated that José was waiting for us to arrive and took our suitcases to the room for us. He was so kind and helpful, it really was above and beyond our expectations. The room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen was really clean, well equipped and organized. Could not have had a better welcome to the country, thank you! We'll definitely stay here again.

Helpful concierge. Great location on the square with perfect restaurant options downstairs and across the street. From airport , you can take Metro to Cinco de Mayo for $2 pp and then Uber from there for $5, saving $40 taxi ride. Don't walk from Cinco de Mayo stop. Nice views from rooftop. Coffee pot and full fridge in room. Location of condo is in a heavily guarded sector of old city. Very safe.

Even when my foot hurt in the middle of the night and he was there immediately to help. He showed the guests the village + walked with them to the Arbol tree.
